Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms govern the use of digitalglowagency.com and the services provided by Digital Glow Media Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Digital Glow Agency ("we," "us"), to clients in the United States.

Services

We provide digital marketing, web design and development, SEO, automation and managed hosting services as described on this site or in a written proposal. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are set out in that proposal or agreement before work begins.

Engagement terms

Payment

Fees for services are invoiced as agreed in the proposal (one-time project fee, monthly retainer, or setup + monthly fee). Late payment may result in pausing of active work or campaigns.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information, pricing, and claims provided to us for use in advertising, website copy or automated communications, and for holding any necessary licenses for their business or industry.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, ad performance, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes). Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Call recording & communications

If a project involves recorded calls for training or quality purposes, we will disclose this and obtain consent from all parties as required — including in two-party consent states such as Florida.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of the client's home state applies.
